I, K.Karuna , Correspondent of Ananthavalli Matriculation Higher secondary School totally was under the urge of responsibility of managing the school after my father Thiru. Saidai. K. Kittu from 2011.

The first and foremost concept I created in myself was Providing visionary leadership to the school, setting goals, and ensuring the overall well-being of students and staffs.

Concentration was more on administrative oversights Managing school operations, including budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation which was totally necessary to grab the school activities to my knowledge.

Overseeing the curriculum management, design and implementation of an effective and up-to-date curriculum was the vision which made me establish smart boards in classrooms and change of curriculum at regular intervals.

As my father, I was more into the infrastructure of classrooms providing ventilated, furnished classrooms with cool and natural breeze around for students.

Hygiene starts with restrooms was my father’s belief in which there was no compromise.

Enforcing discipline and creating a positive school environment for students is done with utmore care.

Community relationship helped in building and maintaining positive relationships with parents, teachers and students.

Focus was on ensuring the school meets and exceeds educational standards set by relevant authorities.

Issues and concerns raised by students, parents, or staff are addressed in a timely and effective manner
